We provide a character assessment test and associated results, as well as ongoing motivational messages and other customer care communications (collectively, the "Services"). By agreeing to these Terms and participating in the Assessment, you understand that we will collect and use certain personal information from you for the purposes stated herein.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ASSESSMENT RESULTS, IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND MOTIVATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE ARE NOT LICENSED HEALTHCARE, MENTAL HEALTH, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL PROFESSIONALS, AND OUR SERVICES DO NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR HEALTH, WELL-BEING, OR OTHER MATTERS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DGHBOY NATION LLC OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. IF YOU HAVE PAID NO AMOUNTS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DGHBOY Nation LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
• Your use of our Services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

All content, materials, and Services provided by us, including but not limited to the Assessment and results, are owned by or licensed to DGHBOY Nation LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise use our content without our express written permission.
10. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, or life outcomes. The Assessment results, motivational messages, or other communications are for informational and inspirational use only. Any reliance on the information provided through our Services is at your own risk.
11. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time and for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
